Located on Berry Road in Derry, our kitchen is where tradition meets curiosity — sourdoughs inspired by European techniques, pastries shaped by late-night experiments, and a coffee program that takes its job seriously but never itself.
We source locally whenever we can, work with regional dairy and grain producers, and bake everything from scratch each morning. What comes out of our oven is what you'd find at a small bakery in a city you haven't visited yet — and now it's right here.
